Registration Fees 2024

The Full ASSW 2024 Registration Fees include:

• Both online and in-person attendees, access to:
  • All open meetings, workshops and exhibitions of the ASSW 2024 Business and Community Meetings (21 - 26 March 2024)
  • Full access to the ASSW 2024 Science Day (26 March 2024)
  • Full access to the Arctic Observing Summit (27 - 29 March 2024)
• In-person attendees:
  • Two coffee breaks and lunch provided each day (please note that our menu will be vegetarian, and we can also cater for special dietary requirements and allergies)
  • AOS poster reception with canapes and drinks on the 27 March.
  • Opportunity to reserve a ticket for the welcome reception on 22^nd March 2024 in the Edinburgh City Chambers. Please note that the spaces are limited and will be allocated on first come first served basis. 
  • Conference dinner ticket has to be purchased separately. 

*Reduced fees are only available for early career researchers and Indigenous participants. Early Career Researchers are all students and scholars who are at the undergraduate, graduate or post-graduate level (depending on national context) up to 5 years past their final degree (e.g. PhD).

The ASSW 2024 Day Ticket will be available for all in-person and online attendees who want to attend specific sessions specific day, but not the rest of the conference. You can buy a maximum of 3 day tickets for this event. The fee gives you access to the conference on the specific day you registered for, and for in-person participants also includes coffee breaks and lunch on that day.
