The Science Day at Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) 2026 on 29 March 2026 will bring together researchers, Indigenous knowledge holders, and Arctic stakeholders to share recent advances in Arctic science. This one-day event will feature parallel thematic sessions reflecting the five IASC Working Group themes: Atmosphere, Cryosphere, Marine, Social & Human, and Terrestrial, along with a dedicated Indigenous-led Research and Knowledge Co-production session and one session showcasing Cross-disciplinary research.
To highlight the next generation of Arctic researchers, all oral presentations (except keynote talks) will be given by Early Career Researchers (ECRs).
Because Science Day is a single-day event, the number of oral presentation slots will be very limited. Abstracts not selected for oral presentation will automatically be considered for a poster presentation.
The abstract submission deadline is on 14 November 2025.
