  The Full ASSW 2025 Registration Fees include:

  • Both online and in-person attendees, access to:
    • All open meetings, workshops, and events during both the Business and Community Meetings (20 - 24 March) and the ICARP IV Summit (25 - 28 March). There will be some exceptions where online participants are unable to attend select in-person only events.
  • In-person attendees:
    • Two coffee breaks (with light snacks) each day and lunch provided on 22-28 March. Lunches on 20-21 March will be “on your own”.
    • Icebreaker Reception (food and drinks) on 21 March.
    • ICARP IV Welcome Reception (food and drink) on 25 March.
    • ICARP IV Poster Reception (food and drink) on 26 March
    • Please note: Tickets to the ICARP IV Conference dinner on 27 March must be purchased separately with an added cost during registration.

  An ASSW 2025 Day Ticket will be available for all in-person and online attendees who want to attend specific sessions on a specific day, but not the rest of the conference.

  You can buy only one day ticket for this event. The fee gives you access to the full conference on the specific day you register for, and for in-person participants this also includes coffee breaks, lunch (except lunches on 20-21 March will be “on your own”), and reception (if applicable).

  Payment is required at the time of registration. The University of Colorado Boulder does not accept purchase orders and cannot bill for registration fees. Retain all receipts for your records. If we have no record of payment when the conference begins, we will require payment at that time.

  If you need to make any changes to your registration, you can do so by clicking the "Modifying Registration" button at the bottom of this page. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to register as well as the Reference Number that can be found on your Registration Confirmation Email.

• unfold_moreCancellations and Refunds

  Refunds MUST be requested by February 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds requested for general registration will be assessed a $75 processing fee. To request a refund, select the "Modify Registration" button below. Enter your email and reference number to login. On the first page, click the "Cancel Registration" button.

The International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) is pleased to announce the availability of travel and registration fee support to attend the Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) 2025 / ICARP IV Summit (20 - 28 March 2025, Boulder, Colorado, USA).

Eligible to apply are:

• Early career researchers up to 5 years past their final degree (e.g. PhD) with an Arctic research focus (an allowance will be made for career breaks such as parental leave); and
• Arctic Indigenous Scholars and Knowledge Holders

Applicants can apply for IASC support to cover their: 

• Travel costs from their home to and from Boulder
• Accommodation costs in Boulder (maximum 130 Euros per night)
• Registration Fee 
• Per diem, 50 Euro/day (minus provided meals)

Online participants can also apply for a registration fee waiver. 

Preference will be given to applicants who have an active role as presenters, panelists, (co-)organisers, committee members of any meeting, workshop, or session as well as rapporteurs / volunteers during the ASSW 2025 and the ICARP IV Summit and who are located in / affiliated with an institution in an IASC member country.

Late applications after the deadline will be accepted and will be added to a waiting list for consideration if additional funds become available.
