What happens when the salmon-fishing tradition of thousands of years is suddenly interrupted? In 2020, the Finnish and Norwegian governments banned salmon fishing in the Teno waterways and fjord because of low salmon stocks. The blame has been shifted from overfishing to fjord fishing and climate change. The documentary follows some of the salmon fishermen who were also filmed five years ago when salmon fishing was still allowed.
