Participants who need a visa invitation letter may now request one by filling out the visa invitation letter request form. Participants do not need to wait for ASSW registration to request a letter. ASSW 2025 Hosts are prepared to provide invitation letters to participants now (prior to registration).
Prior to requesting a letter, participants are highly encouraged to check on visa information, visa appointment wait times, and visa restrictions on the U.S. State Department website. Participants in need of a visa are encouraged to schedule a visa interview as soon as possible.
