Where: The Byron R. White Stadium Club at Folsom Field on the University of Colorado Boulder campus. The entrance for the Stadium Club is located on the east side of Folsom Field. Organizers will be offering practical tips for finding your way to the Stadium Club.
The ICARP IV dinner (purchased tickets are required) will be a seated dinner at Folsom Field, overlooking the CU Boulder Campus and with evening views of the Flatirons (the moutains immediately west of Boulder).
Two complimentary alcoholic drinks will be offered per guest. A for-purchase bar will also be available.
Practicalities:
- A separately purchased conference dinner ticket is required. Currently this dinner is sold out.
- If you purchased a dinner ticket, your conference badge will be marked with "CD". This will be required for entry.
- If you purchased a guest ticket, please pick this up at the ASSW 2025 registration desk prior to the dinner.
- A government issued ID will be necesssary to be served alcoholic drinks.
